As the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and CEO of LanTech, Mrs. Pal manages all staff and projects while approving budgets for all commercial and government sector projects – from understanding the RFP’s, evaluating Proposal responses, following up with the commercial companies and government agencies to lead all LanTech efforts from Marketing, Accounting, Assessments, GAP Analysis, to implementations of IT based products and services. She works closely with LanTech’s Controller and our Accountant to derive at the budgets, accounts, and taxes.
DEEPAK PAL
As Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and CTO of LanTech, Mr. Pal has lead the company with long-term technology vision and successful execution of LanTech’s mission through development and deployment of company’s capabilities and solution sets.
Prior to the inception of LanTech (in 1997), Mr. Pal’s education at the University of Illinois (in 1984) and Cornell University (in 1986) along with overall 35 years of work experience in emerging technologies has rewarded him leadership roles at Cable & Wireless, AT&T, DMR Consulting, and Startec Global, and consulting engagements with Nextel and DMR Consulting.
Mr. Pal has primarily been focused on architecting, engineering, and delivering emerging technologies to the Government and Commercial Sectors.
KAWALJIT T. SINGH
Mr. Singh is LanTech’s President, and he is responsible for charting our strategic business vision and executing the long-term tactical plan. He has over 20 years of technical and management experience in the IT industry. Mr. Singh has strong skills in management, business relationship building and financial understanding. As the financial officer, Mr. Singh is also responsible for the overall business P&L management. Mr. Singh has led multiple firms to provide the highest level of service to their clients. His relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction serves as an inspiration to the entire organization.
Mr. Singh brings a proven business model as a savvy businessman in the Federal contracting market. He was the Founder and Chairman of QSSI, one of the fastest growing and most successful small businesses ever at CMS, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group/Optum in 2012. Under Mr. Singh’s leadership QSSI has grown from its roots as a staffing organization to an established, multiyear project-based enterprise engaged in the design, development, and implementation of Information Systems and services at the Federal, State, and Private Sectors.
